Non-Refundable Fee: A $300 non-refundable fee must be paid before finalising the Enrolment Agreement.

Cancellation Process and Refund Schedule: Cancellations must be submitted in writing, including via email to billing@lsmt.ch.

    Refund Schedule:
  • If cancellation occurs within three business days after signing the Enrolment Agreement, all tuition fees will be refunded (minus the $300 registration fee).
  • 25% Completion Rule: If less than 25% of credit hours are completed and the cancellation occurs within 182 days of system access, students will receive 50% of tuition fees paid, minus administrative fees. For MBA, ExMBA, and MS programs, a $500 administrative fee for PhD. programs, a $750 administrative fee applies.
  • 50% Completion Rule: If between 25%-50% of credit hours are completed or cancellation between 182-365 days of system access, students will receive 25% of tuition fees paid, minus administrative fees.
  • No Refund Rule: If more than 50% of credit hours are completed or if cancellation occurs after 365 days of system access, no tuition refund will be provided.

Termination by LSMT: LSMT reserves the right to terminate the Enrolment Agreement due to non-payment or violation of agreement terms, in such case no refund will be offered.

Late Payment Penalties: If payments are overdue, a 0.05% interest charge for each day of late payment. The student's access to the Student Information System or other services may be restricted until the outstanding balance is paid.

Student Responsibility for Payments: We do not participate in Title IV or other state/federal financial aid programs. Students are responsible for paying all tuition and fees.

Final Policy Notes: This refund policy came into effect on July 1, 2022, and supersedes any previous versions.
