Dr. Eswaranathan Ehambaranathan
Dr. Nathan Eswaranathan Ehambara is an experienced scholar and strategist with a varied global career across several continents. He has been an Associate Professor at New Zealand's Universal College of Learning (UCOL) since 2015, teaching management, business, and international relations courses across Malaysia, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the Solomon Islands. His academic interests include aviation management, human resource development, e-management, and the political economy of Southeast Asia. Dr. Ehambara has guided postgraduate dissertations for Master students at the University of Liverpool and WelTec, New Zealand, and has delivered papers at several international conferences, such as in Oxford, Gozo, and Vienna.
Dr. Ehambara also has a Doctor of Business Administration from Asia e University, Malaysia, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Accounting from Multimedia University, Malaysia. He is also certified in remote work from Harvard University, teaching with technology from the Australian Institute of Business, and tertiary teaching from RMIT University, Australia.
Apart from his academic posts, Dr. Ehambara has also served in diverse leadership positions such as Chief Strategy Officer at DG Sentinel, Senior Manager at MMC New Zealand, Director at the Ministry of Public Service in the Solomon Islands, Honorary Lecturer at the University of Liverpool, Director of Studies at Royal Business College in New Zealand, Human Resource Manager at Nord Anglia Education in Malaysia, Head of School at HELP University in Malaysia, Course Leader at RMIT University in Vietnam, and Human Resource Officer at Ford Malaysia.
Dr. Ehambara is also working towards obtaining a Private Pilot License (PPL) and is a member of the Oxford Club, UK. He is professionally linked with the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and chartered with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) in New Zealand and the UK.

Dr. Andrew Salisbury
Dr. Andrew Salisbury is a veteran educator and academic from England, UK, who has an eclectic background in the fields of engineering, computer science, business, and digital change. He possesses a BEng (Hons) and a PhD from Lancaster University and has complemented his qualification with postgraduate awards in the teaching and learning course at Sheffield University, achieving Fellowships in Higher Education (FHEA and SFHEA). His teaching portfolio consists of data analytics, object-oriented programming, AI, and machine learning online courses at various universities like UCL, Open University, University of Leeds, University of Edinburgh, University of Aston, and University of Bolton. Dr. Salisbury's research interests are management information systems, database design, and digital transformation with emphasis on the embedding of technology into business education.
He is a skilled woodworker who has spent more than five years designing and building custom cabinetry and furniture, showcasing technical and artistic acumen. His dedication to teaching excellence has been rewarded with honors including the Outstanding Teaching Performance Award from Derby University in 2016 and the IEE Younger Engineer of the Year award in 2002. Dr. Salisbury's diversified career demonstrates a passion for both technological advancement and hands-on craftsmanship.
In addition to training, Andrew has also co-operated with student projects, such as information system poster competitions with local 5-star hotels in the area, such as Hyatt regency, which involved bringing in managers to judge the event and holding seminars for the students. Additionally, Andrew brought in Pfizer to meet and talk to the students, as well as taking the students on day trips to Cisco highlighting the digital transformation in the IoT domain.

Dr. Hatem El-Shreif
He is a highly experienced finance specialist and academic with more than 25 years of professional experience in academia, corporate management, and consulting. He is currently an adjunct faculty member at the European Institute of Management and Technology, where he delivers postgraduate-level courses in Managerial Economics, Managerial Finance, and Principles of Economics and Finance. In this position, he designs specialized financial curricula, guides students working on research projects, and conducts evaluations, as well as assisting in curriculum development.
Moreover, Dr. El-Shreif is a professor at the Egyptian Culture Center - ATHE / Nilai University and the Global School of Business Management / University of the People. He teaches lectures and conducts workshops on courses like Managerial Finance, Financial Management, Finance for Strategic Managers, Advanced Accounting and Finance, and Business Strategy.
His role involves assessing students' performance, preparing teaching materials, and guiding students in career and academic advancement. Aside from teaching, Dr. El-Shreif works as a course content developer at WestFord Education Group, where he develops detailed course materials for finance and business management courses. He works together with academic teams to align the content with learning outcomes and makes revisions to keep up with the latest developments and trends in finance and business.

Dr. Vinícius Dezem
Dr. Vinícius Dezem is a Brazilian banking executive and data-driven financial solutions expert, strategic management, and financial technologies. He has a Ph.D. in Engineering Knowledge Management from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), with an area of focus on Open Banking APIs and decision support systems. His Ph.D. thesis, entitled "Strategies for Future Data-Driven Banking by Open Banking APIs," explores best practices for incorporating in-house and outsourced technology innovation in open banking.
The research highlights the flexibility and cost-saving nature of hybrid models in addressing tight deadlines and budget limitations. Professionally, Dezem has more than a decade of experience in banking. He has been a Banking Manager at Caixa Econômica Federal since 2012, where he has managed projects in data-driven branch optimization, credit structuring, project financing, and strategic partnership development. His job includes mentoring teams and developing a culture of ongoing improvement to drive improved performance.

CAPES-PRINT Project (Grant Number 88881.311529/2018-01) Responsible for writing and securing project funding, collaborating with the Federal University of Santa Catarina to enhance research in Blockchain and Explainable AI. As honorary visiting researcher I served as a tutor during lectures and am co-authoring a papers on data-driven innovations in Open Banking APIs in partnership with my supervisor Dr. Swati Sachan from Liverpool University.
University of Nottingham International Research Collaboration Fund Worked in partnership with financial institutions and universities from Brazil and the UK. Focused on identifying strategies to address poverty traps and reduce the poverty premium. Efforts center on measuring and improving financial inclusion, delivering actionable insights to support policymakers and drive effective solutions.
