Non-Refundable Fee: A $300 non-refundable fee is
required to be paid before finalizing the Enrollment
Agreement.

Cancellation Process and Refund Schedule: Cancellations must be submitted in writing, including
via email to billing@lsmt.ch.
Refund Schedule:

If cancellation occurs within three business days
after signing the Enrollment Agreement, all
tuition fees will be refunded (minus the $300
registration fee).

25% Completion Rule: If less than 25% of
credit hours are completed and the cancellation is
within 182 days of system access, students receive
50% of tuition fees paid, minus administrative fees.
For MBA, ExMBA, and MS programmes, a $500
administrative fee applies; for Ph.D. programmes, a
$750 administrative fee applies.

50% Completion Rule: If between 25%-50% of credit hours are completed or canceled between 182-365 days of system access, students receive 25% of tuition paid, minus administrative fees.

No Refund Rule: If more than 50% of credit
hours are completed or if canceled after 365 days
of system access, no tuition refund will be
provided.

Termination by LSMT: LSMT reserves the right to
terminate the Enrollment Agreement due to non-payment or
violation of agreement terms, in that case no refund is
offered.

Late Payment Penalties: If payments are overdue,
we will charge 0.05% interest for each day of late
payment. The student’s access to the Student Information
System or other services may be restricted until the
outstanding balance is paid.

Student Responsibility for Payments: we do
not participate in Title IV or other state/federal
financial aid programmes, so students are responsible for
paying all tuition and fees.

Final Policy Notes: This refund policy came into
effect on July 1, 2022, and supersedes any previous
versions.
