• Non-Refundable Fee: A $300 non-refundable fee is required to be paid before finalizing the Enrollment Agreement.
  • Cancellation Process and Refund Schedule:
    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing, including via email to billing@lsmt.ch.
    • Refund Schedule:
      • If cancellation occurs within three business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement, all tuition fees will be refunded (minus the $300 registration fee).
      • 25% Completion Rule: If less than 25% of credit hours are completed and the cancellation is within 182 days of system access, students receive 50% of tuition paid, minus administrative fees. For MBA, ExMBA, and MS programs, a $500 administrative fee applies; for Ph.D. programs, a $750 administrative fee applies.
      • 50% Completion Rule: If between 25%-50% of credit hours are completed or if canceled between 182 and 365 days of system access, students receive 25% of tuition paid, minus administrative fees.
      • No Refund Rule: If more than 50% of credit hours are completed or if canceled after 365 days of system access, no tuition refund will be provided.
  • Termination by LSMT: LSMT reserves the right to terminate the Enrollment Agreement due to non-payment or violation of agreement terms, in which case no refund is offered.
  • Late Payment Penalties: If payments are overdue, LSMT will charge 0.05% interest for each day of late payment. The student’s access to the Student Information System or other services may be restricted until the outstanding balance is paid.
  • Student Responsibility for Payments: LSMT does not participate in Title IV or other state/federal financial aid programs, so students are responsible for paying all tuition and fees.
  • Final Policy Notes: This refund policy came into effect on July 1, 2022, and supersedes any previous versions.
