Important Notes for LSMT Academic Calendar:

  • Changes: Calendar dates are subject to board approval.
  • Financial Aid (FA) Deadlines: All required documentation must be submitted by the FA deadline to ensure timely aid disbursement and refunds.
  • Refunds: Processed within 14 days of financial aid disbursement.
  • Course Access: Courses are accessible 48 hours before term start.
  • Grades and Degree Conferral: Grades are due one week after term ends; degrees are conferred within 30 days post-final grades.
  • Graduation: Students must confirm their diploma name in the portal 30 days before graduation.

The Administrative Office operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CEST (Central European Summer Time). Additionally, our email support is available 24/7, allowing students to address their questions via email at any time.
